Do you have software firewall, check setting to see if its not blocked winMX?

When was last time you used WinMX... thought it had died in the latest RIAA subpoena's!

I'm most likely wrong but I read it around end of September and as WinMX hosted the IP address for the supernodes as they WinMX main site is offline, I would imagine so would the IP adress hosting. Now if someone has setup a new server host for the supernode IPs then I would imagine that could possibly be changed?!?

I have 2 firewalls and had them both off when i tried. Just says it can't connect. The main site might very well be offline. I can't connect with my old computer either, so you may be right. Now, Where can I download free music now?:(

    g'day videogurl,
You can use Bittorrent, download a program call bitlord or azereus. then go to www.torrentspy.com and search for your music there. click the download link and the above program will open and start downloading.

    Hope this helps!
