I have a rather strange problem I am unable to fix. The font under my desktop icons is white and eventhough I went into display-then appearance then icon and tried to change it I can't do that because the color button is greyed out. I can change the font and the size but not the color. I took a screen clipping to show the greyed out area (well green with the current color scheme). I attached a screen clipping which shows the greyed out area.

The only way I can change the font color is if I set my desktop to white background, then the font will appear in black; however' soon as I apply a wallpaper of any kind it is white again. This is really becoming annoying. :(

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

Try Iconoid it's a pretty cool little program.
