Changing language of Windows XP

Hi,

My girlfriends laptop is running on Windows XP in Turkish but now she's moved to the UK would like it in English. Can she somehow change the language or will she have to re-install it and select a different language? If so, how does she do this?

Click Start, click Control Panel, click Language, and Regional Options, and then click Regional and Language Options. The Regional and Language Options dialog box is shown in Figure 1.

Thanks for this but unfortunately it looks like she can't change all the menus without the MUI package which isn't available as a retail package.
