Changing Language On Outlook.com

Hello group.

I recently created a new email and i think i chose the language as English. When I get to my inbox it jumps back to Portuguese. Even after i go to options and change the language on my inbox, after i refresh it, it goes back to Portuguese. I read somewhere that maybe it could be because of my OS. I am using a windows 7 Professional and I cannot change the main language I think, I mean i tried and i think there are no other options.....

Does anyone know how to fix this?
