    Hello,

I recently added an SSD to my desktop in order to improve boot times but I'm having an issue. My HDD has two partitions, one is around 150gb the other 1.5tb. The 150gb partition is my boot drive and so I cloned that partition to my SSD. Now I am left with an SSD that has the same files as my boot drive but I cannot boot from it from within the bios. It isn't detected in boot priorities. I found this program "EaseUs" that said it had an option to change boot drives, but when I downloaded it, it didn't.

    Thanks :)

What you have is what I call in the "old skool", a mess.

Is this a manufacturer, or an OEM clone?

Make, model of PC please; custom build or otherwise.

For clarity does that mean that it isn't detected / listed in the bios itself........

I'm a little concerned that the original Hard drive is still connected...
    Apologies if I'm wrong.

Stephen_c16 is correct, but note this:
Make a fresh 150gb boot drive clone to SSD then shut down computer and disconnect HDD. Reboot will then boot to SSD, then shut down again and reconnect HDD.
