Changing primary user name win 7 hp

I bought a used puter from a local tech and he had done a complete Win 7 Home Premium install and put his name as the primary user , he put in "TWISTD-TECH" I would prefer this name be gone and my name in it's place.
Is there a way to do this?

Just sign on to that account and create a new user account with Admin rights. Log out, and log back in to your new account and delete the original account, including it's files.

 

If you need help with this, just ask, and someone here can do a step by step process on how to do this.

 

Hi, that can be done in user accounts section. But I wonder why is that guy has done so. crap!

 

Just create a new user account, then delete the old user account. As for what the "tech" did, you can check to see if your copy is valid over at microsoft.com. If not, report them and then your only choice will be to purchase a valid licensed copy of Windows for your own personal use.
