this is an odd question i know, but i was wondering how to change the Windows Language to something else, because my student's friend is having a problem with her laptop and it's all in Chinese so i can't help her, that and it would help me learn to read and write French faster and better;). thanks for the answers.

oh and does anyone know of a password organizing program? I'm horrible when it comes to passwords, and all my friends want me to start signing up for stuff like Facebook, Myspace, and other sites like that, i just don't have the mental capacity to keep up with all the passwords:eek::D thank you again!

    Assuming XP:

Complete language changes require a different version of the OS--in the preferred language. The only exception is MUI XP Pro, which is OEM, and not available to the general public.

would I have to re-install windows if i did this? because if it's to much trouble than i don't need to, but i just think it would be kind of fun, and helpful to learn another language. thank you

Yeah it would require a reinstall.
