I want to change my windows startup sound from "Doooo duuuh doooo" to "Windows sucks, go back to slackware"

Where is the windows .wav file at so i can do that?

    C:\WINDOWS\MEDIA

There not labeled very clearly so you have to listen to them all.

this is where you change what sound is associated with which action...
the actual files are in the media folder.. you can record your own wav file, save it in the Media folder and then assign it via the control panel
