I was looking at these:

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {E3215F20-3212-11D6-9F8B-00D0B743919D} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\SZIEBHO.dll

I' finally think I have figured out what C:\WINDOWS\System32\SZIEBHO.dll is for. I believe it is part of StopZilla popup blocker. I've been asking in multiple threads for users to try to identify this dll. I believe we had requested that it be removed a couple of times too when have problems that were not clearing up.

As far as StopZilla is concerned I have no opionion on it. Does anyone else have any feelings about StopZilla?

The R3 line can be fixed. I would be more concerned with this line though:
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = allaboutsearching.com

I had that system32 on my log and i've never downloaded any pop up blocker before.
