Chat Attacks

I have a question, my friend and I run two separate chats on AOL, we both run room owner tools with the ability to auto eject someone that places inappropriate text in the chat.
There are sometimes people come in with clones/bots and run a program/tool called a lag program it send various designs into the chat including HTML designs like this <iÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎÎ>.all with intention of reezing our computers or knocking us offline which it does with some users.My friend has a newer faster processor then I, we both have the same amount of ram, my friend through her room owner tools is able to eject all the clones/bots and I can't, is it because of her better processor? There is no other reason I can think of, please help.

 

When you say better processor, how much better, what is the clock speed/front side bus.

 

Well my friend in particular has a clock speed of 1.8 something, most computers today have at least 1 gig plus, i am running 733 MHz, i don't know how to acess my front side bus speed. But i am sure clock and bus speed is the key.

 

That could definately be the problem, those attacks are desiged to overwhelm your processor, and yours could be easily overwhelmed.
