chatting with hughesnet probs

.i recently got hughesnet to replace my dialup...on dialup i could chat in chatrooms and now i'm finding that i can't with the dish...i've got new proxys...called hughes..called the chatsite..and even made calls to linksys which is my wireless adaptor..

..the chat area screen comes up white at first then gives a 404 error..after changing various proxys i'm finally able to get in the rooms and see however it's limited to 7 minutes..

..help anyone?..any ideas please?..thanks in advance...

 

what happens when you use hughesnet's proxy? did you try connecting with an ethernet cable and see what happens on the wired with automatically detect settings?
