I had an older computer i still like to use it as a guest computer but upgraded to windows 10 recently

However it doesn't seem that nvidia 7100 LE integrated graphics is compatible or at least my system keeps defaulting to microsoft basic display driver.

Since i don't put too much value on this system i wanted to see what the cheapest possible option is ( $20 or less?) for a low profiel pci x16 video card. I don't require it do it anything other than being compatible with windows 10.

This guest computer has always used integrated graphics so anything that would work with windows 10 would certainly work even if its the lowest option

There's an open box Nvidia GT 720 at NewEgg (~$30) that's compatible, it only uses ~19W, so it's suitable for the OEM SFF PCs that are crippled to supplying 25W maximum to PCIe cards.

I'm not suggesting you buy that one, just giving it as an example of what I consider the baseline for adding to an SFF machine.

If the PC already has 4GB of RAM and it's on 32-bit Windows, it might end up with less than 3GB usable RAM when a 1GB card is added, not really a problem for short sessions but during a full day's use it might need a reboot or two to keep the performance level up.
