Not for a bad driver as in a driver finder app type of thing (personally I hate those apps with a passion) but you can use in Windows 7 the driver verifier app HERE (info in the link) and as it will likely pop up when opening that page the Hardware scanning FixIt app.

What issues are you having?
What if any error messages are you getting?
In Device Manager do you have any red X's or yellow ! marks and if so by what?

is your current hardware Windows 8 x64 compatible, as in does the hardware makers have driver downloads on their site for your hardware and Win7 x64?

If you have a test version of SP1 for Windows 7 then you need to install the release version of SP1 and not a test version, is the version of Windows 7 you have a retail version or one downloaded off the internet? (only curious as to version)

Could you follow the below to help us understand your hardware and its compatibility with Windows 7 as not all older PC hardware is and drivers maybe hard to find.
