Checking in and Have a Question

Ok. I've tried everything I know of and could NOT find a solution. Can someone point or push me in the correct direction?

Oh yea. Probably should introduce myself. I am old, mean, nasty and LOVE to hack computers. and......I guess that's about all for now. Oh yea. Call me gary.

I want to do some re-aranging on my hard drive and various external drives. I want to move programs from the C drive to other drives and have the shortcuts point to them. A friend told me that Major Geek would have a prlgram called a Transporter or a Transferrer, but I have NOT been able to locate such a program.

Help? Please

I searched and couldn't find a Transporter either other than for Macs. What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Program folders can be moved from one drive to another, but the registry entries for the programs are going to be on the main drive which is usually, but not always, C:, and the exe.'s will look there unless the path is edited to provide the correct path. Sorry that I can't be of more help!
