I have installed a new English XP pro SP2 on my laptop.
When I do things with Chinese on MS Words, note pad, it is fine.
When I use winamp, winmx, mozilla, etc, I have a problem.
On mozilla, I can read Chinese on webpages, but it shows up as weird symblos on the title bar.
On winmx, when I input chinese, it turns into a bunch of ?????
On winamp, it shows up at weird symbles again.

For the language setting, I have my "regional options" tap as English (US)
For the "langugaes" tap, I have set it as "Install files for Eas Asian languages.
For the "advanced" tap, I have tried both "English (US)" and "Chinese", but neither of these settings seem to help.

What should I change or install so that I can use Chinese on these softwares?

    Thank you very much.

I am 100% sure that all the programs I have mentioned works with chinese because I have work with them in Chinese before..
It is just really weird how I can't do the same thing I have always been doing even tho I used the exact same settings as before.
