   Hi I have installed the latest version. The problem is when I tried to open the program it seem to load but it stop opening the program. my OS is XP Pro. SP3. I have inquire from the author site but so far no reply to it. Will be happy someone help me. Thanks.

   Hi
   
   Boot into Safe Mode (F8 at boot) snd see if it opens ok, if not fully uninstall the app and then reinstall.
   
   Also test with disablibg your antivirus and firewall, to see if it works.
