i am working on a customer computer and im having some wierd issues, i have not seen this before myself

Chkdsk ran after a reboot and deleted some entries from some files, now when it reboots it bluescreens while windows is loading files, both in safe and normal mode

also when i pull this hdd out and plug it up via usb, it shows 0 out of 0 bytes on drive c, but drive d the recovery partition looks fine and allows me to use explorer to access this

so far it looks like a bad hard drive or a fubared partition table, am i correct?
