I know how to run chkdsk from command line.

And unless I am on the Computers ADMIN Account I never can find the Scan Report.

So it is a pain to always go onto the Computers ADMIN Account to Run and then see the scan report.

    But I found this video

And he says if there are any Bad Sectors or things it will display it on the DOS Screen.

Can you tell me if this does work like that?

Well what I ment is if I Run chkdsk I can only read the Log it makes if I Log In under the Computers ADMIN Account. Then I can go to Event Viewer and see it and read it.

But if I just Run chkdsk and after it is doen I go to Event Viewer I can not see the Log or read it.

It just takes time to Run the scan then make the Computers ADMIN Account Log On screen show on the menu bar. Then Log On under this to See and Read the Event Viewer Log.

So I thought if I Ran chkdsk as ADMIN like the video says if the Log will show on the Command screen after the scan??
