choke in cs.. config options dont help

ive been through more sites getting help than mexicans have babies....
NO CS CONFIGS HELP IE CL_UPDATERAE CMDRATE ETC... NONE HELP

what i need help with is maybe a program that will steady my internet connection ... for some reason this is not steady...

i dled tcp optomizer from majorgeeks ran it and used it

did not help

my system specs are decent so its not my comp adn comcast cable through a linksys router(which i ****ing hate!) so the internet shoudl be good right

what cna i do to get rid of choke.. i need serious help with thsi

 

Cl_updaterate and cl_cmdrate have nothing to do with your choke, rate does.

If your rate isn't already set it to 99999 make sure it is.

I'd reccomend going here and running the line quality test
