Choppy IE Scrolling

Hey all,
I installed the WinXP Pro SP 2 about 3 weeks ago and everything ran fine until yesterday. I haven't changed anything major, and all of a sudden every Microsoft Program I'm in goes laggy when I try to scroll. So far, I've noticed problems in IE, Word, Media Player, and Windows Explorer. It seems like the window has to refresh with every click when I'm scrolling. I've run Ad-Amare, reset several times, and done a Norton Utilities check, but the problem persists. Below is my HijackThis log as of this morning. I'm gonna keep going through it, but if anyone of you infinitely more knowledgeable folks can help, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
