Choppy Video with Adobe Flash 10

I have an ATI Radeon 9200 SE video card i use to hook my computer to the TV. I recently updated to Vista 32bit and have 700 or so RAM. I do need a RAM upgrade and will get around to it when the money comes in but when i try to watch videos on HULU now, the video is very choppy. It never really pauses but its like watching every other frame of a show. And it only happens in full screen mode. I can watch videos and movies off my hard drive with no problems. Just wondering if there is anything i can do until i'm able to upgrade. And is upgrading the RAM going to fix this issue? Thanks in advance
