Choppy Videos And Game Cinematics,but Gameplay Itself Works Fine ?

Hey all,this is a problem i've had for a while,i've asked on another forum but haven't found a solution yet

It would be greatly appreciated if someone here could help me so i might get this fixed,if there is a chance to



i'm on windows 10 with a radeon r9 380 GPU and 4 gig's of RAM

as explained in the title,videos and cinematics run choppy and glitch out ,but gameplay is fluid and perfectly fine
i have found it must originate in software since i have rolled back to a previous version of the gpu driver ,this is however a version that is seriously old and incompatible with a lot of games
when i completely uninstall the driver and let it run on integrated,all videos seem choppy too
