Christmas is coming.....

Well, Christmas is coming. This weekend I'm decorating my tree. It's a major surprise among my friends because I went out and bought a tree. I haven't celebrated Xmas for about 18 yrs. I do not know what possessed me to do this, but I think/feel that changes have invaded my psyche. I chose a blue and silver theme for my tree. Blue being healing colour.
I hope this Christmas will be a delight for everyone this year.:wave

Out of curiosity, when do you all put up and decorate your tree?:confused

Put it up 12 days before and take it down 12 days after ! I absolutely love christmas it's the most joyful time of the year because you can have a good :drink and try and forget all the bad times !

About 2 weeks before christmas.

 

I had my tree and lights on the tree... Plus house/apt all full of Christmas Decos and the whole nine yards the day of Halloween! And they've been lite up to

 

about 2 weeks into december

 

Maybe that's why I'm doing the tree this year.... to forget the bad things.... yup... sounds like a good reason.... I hope that your Xmas time will be a great time RustyJack "
