Chrome problem

So the same thing has happened on my girlfriends and my own laptop. We installed speedupmypc and registrybooster by uniblue and now some pages will not load correctly. It just happens in chrome and not in IE. I have no idea what it could be as i restored on registrybooster and undid all the tweaks on speedupmypc but the same thing happens. I have no idea how to explain it so im just including a screen dump to show what is happening. I've updated javascript and flash but still the same thing happens.
