CiD Help??

Hi in my programs file I noticed Cid Help...is it safe to remove..I am suspicious of it..when I did..it said:
"to verify you are human and not a computer script, please type the 7 numbers you see"

I did that, then it said:

"Are you sure you want to remove this software from your computer"

I left it and thought I would ask...I ran most of the spyware removal guides through my computer and removed four trojan horse viruses..the spyware scanners are coming up clean now...so thought would go back to first steps about add/remove programs...

Yes. Uninstall it. Then run Ad-aware and/or Spy-Bot S&D again.
