Just had a clients 800 series router lose connection after the ISP changed the password (yeah I know, nice of them to let us know).

Anyway all looked fine again once we entered the new password. Later we discovered that some ports were not working, 3389 (rdp) just one of them them.

Is this normal behavior for the Cisco router after losing the connection?
