Civ 4

Right...so im running Vista and I installed Civilization 4 with all the latest patches and versions and everything like that. It took me a good hour or so to get everything up to date. It's not compatible apparently...is there anything i can do to remedy this problem?

 

I've been running Civilization IV on Vista for close to a year now with zero problems. You can try right clicking your shortcut for the game and selecting "run as administrator" and that might do the trick. If not, right click on the shortcut again, go to 'properties' then click on the 'compatibility' tab. Then click the check box under 'Compatibility mode" and run it for Windows XP SP2. Click ok, then try and run the game.

I'd check driver updates as well.
