I am currently researching this product. Please feel free to share your opinions/experiences. I am interested in any information about its support, code integrity (I've always heard the rumour that NAV can be disabled w/ only 11 characters - probably an urban legend, but it can't hurt to consider), the frequency/punctuality of its updates, etc, etc. Any info is appreciated. Thank you and have a good day.

I have used it once and it updates every other day but its virus database isnt that high only 40,000. You could use it as a backup anti-virus since it only has demand scanning only.

Thank you very much for your input. It seems clamwin won't cut it for our security needs. It also hogs ALOT of CPU time when running a scan, and as you said, has only on demand virus scan. I've found AVG's Resident Shield comes in handy many, many times. However, its not for corporate use, so I wrote a script to scan coputers using Panda's online scanner. I would've used Trend Micro's, but they seemed to be down at the time I wrote it. If anyone would like a copy of this script, feel free to e-mail me. It can be easily modified to use other online scna engines.
