Clean Install on Vista (partition?)

Hi Guys!
A while ago (October) my computer was declared 'no longer produced/fixable' after sending it in for a new hard drive. I was given a new computer called Acer Aspire 6935. It was that or NOTHING AT ALL.
Now, i've never had a laptop that didn't have built in clean installs.
This laptop is no exception. But I can't get to the the damn thing!

I believe the Vista recovery or whatever is set off into one of the partitions in the screenshot attached.
(probably the 15GB one)

-f4- In BIOS I don't have many options. I can go into the normal menu of settings/boot and so forth and basics like 'safety mode'.
There was another option -f9- where it takes me to this menu asking me all the basic recovery crap like memory and disk checks and also system restore. I thought for sure it be in there but it wasn't.

My question is, how in the hell do I get to it?
I really want to clean install but if I cant get to it how am i supposed to?

Oh and don't bother asking 'are you sure you didn't get a disk?'. I have all the original boxes and even bubble wrap. Trust me I know.

 

Try the alt+F10 keys when booting up.

The clean install went smoothly.

Ive almost completely installed all the software I deleted.
(to tell the truth its nothing more CS4 suite and the anti spyware/virus stuff recommended by MajorGeeks.
