I downloaded RedSeeker today because I am having some issues with my comp. It found 481 entries, however, I have no isea what to delete. Should I delete them all?

According to Star17 you can delete everything but make a backup first.
We're talking about this very issue on another thread:

Agreed -you are safe to delete AS LONG AS YOU BACKUP first. -That way if'n you delete something neccesary you can reload it.
In my experience there is NO one fix when it comes to Reg cleaners -none have been both thorough AND safe -others might post their ideas -but I can't say enough how important BACKUPS are.
If you don't know how to back up your .reg then say so and someone is sure to reply.

Thanks for the replies! Regseeker has a box that is checked which reads "back up deletion." I also downloaded easy clean and I can save the files to my desktop. I this all I need to do?
