   I am working on someone's computer that is infected with a clean this scanner. It will not boot up to windows. It runs the clean this before reaching Windows is there anything I can do to fix this. It is running XP, but I cannot reach the system restore save points or use task manager.:cry

   If you cannot boot in any mode ( safe or normal mode ) and you cannot run any of the READ & RUN ME there is not much we can do for you except suggest what is in the below quote box
   

   I suggest you post in the software forum for assistance in getting the system to boot up. Once you can do that, we can then work on removing any malware that is on your system.
