cleaning cd's

i have several cd's that seem to need cleaning.ive tried dishwater liquid,rubbing alcohol,but still when i insert into the cd drive the busy light comes on and stays and usually i have to restart the computer to get the cd to eject.yes,i try to take very good care of mycd's,but it seems like if i even breathe on them they mess up.anyone know anything else i could try cleaning them with?thanks

However, you also need to clean your CD lens as well.
