Cleaning my Computer... and I need some help

Ok, I recently got my computer's malware removed, and I was just cleaning out useless files, when I realized that I had no idea about some programs on the Change/Remove list... would anyone mind helping me out? I have copied everything that I'm unsure about as it appears on the list. My computer is an HP Pavilion 734n.
