You could monitor this application from Task Manager > Performance and the data on Memory, so in the applications default setting of purging ram in 30min blocks you could see it giving you any ram back that is not used as the application using it has been closed. Sadly it doesnt have a GUI so you cannot monitor what ist actually doing.

Good thing is that this app actually works great as a set and forget app, many memory apps need user intervention, this one has its settings for run time in Task Scheduler in Windows.
