   I don't think they are related.
   The tv add one is title MyCleanPC and points to a site from errorwizsite.
   The MG is titled CleanMyPC and points to the authors site, CleanMyPC Software.
   
   The bad guys count on people doing just what you did, mixing up the words.
   Lots of malware use the same words just re-arranges them and hopes people won't notice.
