cled error/problems opening Hypersonic 2

I know there are already some CLED error threads, but my problem is even worst because I'm getting multiple error messages. When my computer (running Windows XP32) starts up, I get an error box titled "SRV #001" and a CLED error.

When I open FL Studio, everything is fine until I add Hypersonic as one of the channels. It immediately crashes and gives me "FL.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." When I try to open Hypersonic by itself, the same thing happens.

Has this happened to anyone else? Why won't Hypersonic even open?
