CLED error with nuendo3 on vista!?

    Hi!

    i'm using vista, 64-bit, and i think i've just about managed to install nuendo3, but it wont run - the error 'no protection device connected' comes up. also, every time I start my computer, 'CLED error' comes up. everything else still seems to be working though... I'm not sure if the problem is related to liscensing or to the fact that i'm using 64-bit and its not compatible?

    please help!
