I have a sony vaio and it came with a program called click to dvd, It won't run because it says

"This computer runs on Sony VAIO computers only
This computer is not recognized as a Sony VAIO computer. (code=(32))

Did you change any of the hardware recently, or update the BIOS?

I updated the BIOS and got a video card, if that's the problem is it possible to fix this?

Your best bet would be to contact Sony customer support as they may have an answer for you. They apparently need to know the model# of your computer for their purposes, so I wasn't able to get anything specific. http://esupport.sony.com/perl/select-system.pl?PRODTYPE=1&NAVDISP=pc

The Click To DVD was an OEM product tied to the Vaio. It used info in the BIOS to determine if your computer was authorized, and when you updated it, the program no longer recognized it. If you used a BIOS version supplied by the motherboard manufacturer as opposed to a Sony-supplied BIOS, that may also be the problem.

alright I contacted them they told me I had to send it in... just to have them put back my old BIOS... is there any way I can do that myself?
