clip art ghost

When I print a sheet of Avery labels with a small clip art on the left side, the bottom four labels in the left column get a double image, the second image is much smaller and overlays the upper left quarter of the main image, like a ghost image or something, I am using windows 7, HP Deskjet 4100 printer and a fresh download of the Avery software, it does the same thing on all three computers on my network. I have reinstalled the printer software using the latest download available. When you do a print preview, it does not show this ghost at all, it only appears during printing. I have used different clip art images, same results, it usually only prints on the bottom left four labels, but once in a while it will print on one of the labels on the right side, which one varies, except it is never the top. and I am using the print all labels the same option from Avery software.
