Clippy thing by RAM end of the slot

    Well, i ordered my new video card, and noticed that there was a clippy thing by the ram and of the slot on the vid card, and im not really sure how to take it out. how do i take it out? does this have to do with dell cases or what?

    more than likely it is used to lock in the video card. no need to remove it. open it, place video card in slot, when the video card is all the way in, the clip should be closed.
