Cloning Android Phones

Hi All,
I have (in my opinion) the best Android phone money could ever buy.
I admit I believe it is a Chinese copy but I like it sooo much that when I got a cracked screen, I straightaway bought myself another two of the same phone.

The cracked screen one still works and I am in no hurry to get it repaired.

My question for you all is this.
I want to have my cracked screen phone all details put onto one of my newer replacements and work exactly the same way.

I have tried copying files from my old phone to the new phone but this hasn't worked so I thought how about cloning.

Anybody know of any phone cloning software?
It is version 4.1.1
This is only for personal use.

I would also like to know how to update my phone's firmware.
I got a flash update message once and refused it in case it was a hacker.

 

It depends on what phone you have. Since you left out that detail, one can only guess.

There is no simple one click easy way. There's Titanium Backup Pro, which would allow you to make a backup of your broken phone and restore that backup on one of the newer phones but that requires root privileges. Here is a thread from XDA Developers forum which explains how to get root access on your phone but it can be a very complicated process and kill your phone if it goes wrong.
