Ok, so this started this morning: When the computer is turned on it loads extremely slowly, and upon opening task manager there will be between 2 and 70 cmd.exe processes running. They will continue to multiply and run (using 100%pcu and bogging down everything), and also seem to keep refreshing the desktop. Ad-Aware and PC-tools antivirus find nothing, a registry editor made no difference, and I haven't yet been able to locate any files in the usual registry or system file spots. I am stumped and would greatly appreciate any assistance anyone could provide.

sorry...I don't mean to "bump" this, but I didn't read the "read first" pages, (I know I'm an idiot), so would you please kindly delete this post, and I will repost after completing all of the steps required....thanks.
