I am having troubles getting my tower to turn on.
When I push the power button an orange light comes on (like if I were to be in "Stand By mode") instead of the normal green light. Both disc drives are able to open, but there is no power to the monitor, mouse or keyboard.
I went into the tower, cleaned out all the dust, replaced the battery in the motherboard, turned it on and got past the "Gateway" Logo in the beginning then on the screen that shows "Legacy Keyboard Enabled" and what not at the bottom appeared: "CMOS/GPNV Checksum Bad Press F1 to Run SETUP"

I hit F1 but there doesn't seem to be anything on there that looks like it could help fix this situation? Everytime I restart the computer, it refuses to come back on, the orange light appears again.

Do I need to do some sort of BIOS update? Somehow? I'm not sure how to fix this problem?
