code 10 lan connetion

hi
i got an error(code 10) when installing lan drivers(ethernet drivers) in windows XP for ibm thinkpad R50e laptop.i downloaded drivers from ibm website also but its not working.internet is not connected plz provide solution for me thanks in advance.

Please follow the steps in this thread to attach an Everest system report to a future post. This report will help us figure out what's going on, and if the driver at IBM is the correct one. Occasionally, the manufacturers don't have the right drivers (are you listening Gateway?!!? LOL ) and the report can tell us what you need....

thanks for advice. Its very useful for me.i check it.It display intel82801DB ICH4-PRO/100 VE NETWORK CONNECTION.MY Wireless connection is upted but lan driver indicates cannot properly installed.I have THINKPAD IBM R50e model.can u provide driver for it..
