Code 28 Errors Realtec High definition

audio driver not showing up.
I bought a new dongle,because i was having so much trouble with the Toshiba stack,I got the code 28 error showing,and looked the solution up,it said to download "Realtec High definition audio",I can see it in CCleaner,but it does not appear to be playing or connecting to to my device(the speaker)
My speaker shows up though :confused

 

have tried looking on the Genuine sites driver downloads

Hi my friend , is a laptop or a desktop ? What is your Operating System ? The problem is related to a missing driver i think , is there any ? in Device Manager menu ( Start - Run devmgmt.msc - ok ) :wave

sorry,its a desk top running windows 7 Ultimate.
Yes,I searched the web and the answer I got was to install "Realtec High definition audio" I believed that was a driver,even though I already had "Realtec AC97 audio":confused
Cant see anything in Device manager? see attached.
BTW windows says the problem relates to"Bluetooth Peripheral device"which is my Sony -BT100 bluetooth speaker,which has no driver
(When we do sort this out,should I delete one of those Realtec downloads?)
