    Running Windows XP SP2
I had an avi file that had no sound, but should have, so I tried the ACE Mega Codecs Pack. It did not solve the problem, but now itself is unusable. It seems during the install process, it hung during the configuring system step and I'm guessing failed during the uninstall path. It showed a message "List index out of bounds (-1)" This message also prevents changing the presets, and stops the uninstall process. What does this error message mean and how do I fix it so that I can uninstall the pack? If this can't be fixed, then is there a (proper) way to uninstall the entire software package if the add/remove programs method does not work?
