Cokmputer freezes during internet/games

During games or mostly internet, my comp just freezes, and eventually the sound starts looping....and then the i cant do anything, forcing a manual reset.

 

Could be a napt setting Error? , do u have ADSL = broadband?

i have comcast cable...and i dunno if its a problem w/ the video card...im getting my replacement one today, hope that helps

 

what kinda graphics card do u have now and what are u gettin and whats ur pc specs? might hlp a bit ( IM AUSSIE AND ITS 9AM SO MY REPLY TIMES ARE GOING TO BE WEEK )

Heh, funny thread title. You can try the ussal, update drivers, update bios, see if your FSB multiplier is set correctly on your RAM and CPU.

its not overheating, i know that, my temps are all below 40 degrees celcius. how do i flash the mobo w/o burning the bin files to a cd and going thru all that bs? I did a complete windows reinstall..and my comp just freezes during anything...be it games, internet, w/e...dunno what to do. and what about that fsb multiplier. the fsb is set to 200 mhz i think. These freezes are getting extremely annoying...is there anything i can do? i just got a replacement vid card, and the crashes still take place,...so i dunno. any suggestions would be awesome
