College Girl in Need :P

Sorry for the cheesy pick-up line but I really need help!!!! I recently picked up some new spyware on my computer and I am not sure what to do. I have already ran all of the Adaware and Spyware Blaster and I have AVG and McAfee virus protection and it STILL won't get this thing. I also have PopUp Stopper Professional and STILL pop-ups from internet explorer keep popping up even though I don't even USE Internet Explorer, I use Mozilla. >.< So! Here is my Hijackthis log, if you could all look at it and tell me what I can do I would REALLY appreciate it because I really don't want to delete something that I shouldn't and mess up my computer!

First, you must pick ONE antivirus and uninstall the other as running two will cause conflicts on your computer, after you address this, please follow the steps below:

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
