color malfunction

    i have an hp psc 2410 photosmart all-in one printer. i presently am unable to print in color. i've checked my settings etc. and can't see anything that would eliminate the color print image. please advise

    is it only printing in gray scale?

    a couple things to check, can you print a test page and see if the test page prints out with the windows flag color.
    also go into the printer setup and make sure the print to gray scale is not selected
    check your print cartridge and make sure it has ink ( sounds dumb but it has happened)

    Or clogged, most HP printer interfaces have a clean head option.
