   hi all,
   
   my wifes laptop keeps coming up as 'com surrogate stopped working'. I know very little about computers so big words won't help me much. I just wondered if anyone had any idea how i could fix it. I have nero 8 ultra active and the lastest divx codec. i really dont want to lose nero if i dont have to though.
   
   i use a toshiba L300D laptop on vista home premium if that helps.
